Manoj Maheshwari presently serves as a Director of Metro Shoes, R J Investments, Mahindra CIE Automotive, RPG Life Sciences Ltd., Ador Welding and advises several family offices. He was formerly the President of Geoffrey Manners Private Limited. Mr Maheshwari also served on the Board of Mirc Electronics (Onida), Hind Syntex and the International Board of the Young President’s Organization.
Karan Maheshwari
Managing Director
Karan Maheshwari presently serves as a Director of Samsonite India and was a former Director of Quadrum Solutions, RJ Investments and Baby Chakra (Infomoko Technology Private Limited). He currently serves as the Managing Trustee of the Triveni Sodani Foundation and was the former Chair Person of the YPO- Next generation Mumbai Chapter. Prior to joining the family business, Karan worked at McKinsey and Company as a management consultant for several years where he advised corporations and governments focusing on the Infrastructure, Education and Healthcare sectors. Karan also founded Ignite Education and has served as an adviser to the Government of Bhutan, the Qatar Foundation, the National Skill Development Institute, Pratham, Nandi and the Emergency Management and Research Institute. Karan has graduated from Duke University and has a Diploma from Oxford University.
Tulika Maheshwari
Executive Director
Tulika is a current Director at RJ Investments and was a former Promoter and Director at Mansworld Magazine and Quadrum Solutions.
She holds a BA from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and also attended Wellesley College. She is a published author, collector of Arts and a passionate fan of English Literature.

Venugopal is a science graduate from Jodhpur University and is a seasoned trader with over 40 years of experience.
He has traded in diverse sectors such as chemicals, food, auto components, minerals, defence equipment, technology, ceramics, construction,LED Lighting, Energy saving solutions etc. and currently represents/works with numerous companies across India.
He has extensive international trading experience in Russia, Ukraine and Singapore.
